• Clear communication about issues or dissatisfaction must be provided
• Opportunity for revisions must have been given before requesting a refund
• Payment processing fees (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable

Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled midway, a partial refund may be issued based on the work already completed. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally to the remaining work.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Third-party purchases made on your behalf (domains, hosting, plugins, etc.)
• Projects completed and approved by you
• Changes requested that are outside the original project scope
• Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials
