3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to commence work on any project.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and your satisfaction.
• Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be discussed during project initiation.
• Late Payments: Late payments may result in work suspension until the account is brought current.

4. Project Process

Each project follows a structured process:

1. Requirements gathering and project scoping
2. Design and development phase
3. Review and revision rounds
4. Final delivery and handover

5. Revisions and Modifications

I provide unlimited revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the deliverable. Major scope changes or additional features beyond the original agreement may require a separate quote.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the final deliverables, except for any third-party assets or licensed materials used in the project. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing clear project requirements and specifications
• Providing necessary assets, content, and access credentials
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Ensuring you have rights to use any materials provided to me

8. Refund Policy

I offer a full refund if I fail to meet our agreed-upon project goals. If you choose to cancel a project in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed. Please refer to my Refund Policy for detailed information.

9. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of my services. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Confidentiality

I will maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared during our collaboration. Your business information, strategies, and data will be treated with utmost care and will not be shared with third parties.
